Very tired hotel. I stay at comfort inns all the time..this one needs work especially for what we paid. Room tired and over the laundry room asked for a quiet room..front desk would not change it. Turned out OK surprisingly. Air con …

My dad was a driver for a group and stayed here recently. He was not told that his room would changed so he left his stuff in the room. When he went back to get his stuff they had moved all his things and there were clothes and expensive charging wires that were missing. The next day when he went to get his stuff they only gave his clothes back and said there were no wires. It is unfortunate that they are stealing items from rooms. If an item is forgotten they should be keeping it aside to return to the occupant not stealing it. He has never experienced such terrible service. Be careful when leaving valuables in your room.

The room was very neatly maintained and spacious. They provided an iron box and also a hair dryer which was very useful! The breakfast was included which had a variety of options. The only issue was that the bath tub was clogged and was taking time for the water to drain off. It was making quite a mess there! Overall it good and peaceful stay.

Not much to say really. It's an average hotel in a good spot. Beds are clean and comfy. Quiet. Near the highway and easy to get too/from. Breakfast wasn't amazing and the room didn't hold all the people trying to use it.

NOT pet friendly and a poor business partner with Hotwire. If you plan on travelling with a pet and book on Hotwire, you will be charged an additional $45 for the pet. If there is any evidence that the animal has been on the linens, you will be charged $100 - no explanation given, other than it is a fine. It doesn't matter if the pet did any damage at all to the sheets, blankets, or pillow cases, you WILL be "fined" $100. I've stayed at this location with my cat numerous times in the last 3 years and there was no charge and no contract to sign off on visav fines. Other Comfort Inns, specifically Riviere De Loup and Edmunston do not charge for pets and do not fine for behaviour typical of a pet - like jumping up on a bed. For an extra $45, your pet pretty much has to stay in a cage.

Really great stay at this Comfort Inn location. The room was very clean and bed very comfortable! Check in was easy and the location is just off the highway. Breakfast was the only thing I would remove a star for but I didn’t even know the room came with breakfast so it was just a bonus. Selection and freshness were low and it was packed at 8am. Price of the room was a bit high but it was a weekend in the summer so it’s to be expected. Was still the lowest rate I could find in Levi.

Upon checking in, we were greeted by lovely and friendly staff. Our room was clean and spacious. The shower was perfect after a day of driving. Great sleep in a “comfort”able bed , and a hot breakfast.
